All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and second-hand items, all sales at Eulogy Vintage are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

A Note on Vintage Condition
Every piece in our shop is thoughtfully sourced for its history, character, and beauty. Vintage and antique items have lived previous lives and naturally show signs of age, gentle wear, patina, or small manufacturing imperfections. These markers are part of what makes each object special.

We make every effort to thoroughly inspect, clean, research, and photograph each item, noting any noticeable flaws, chips, or repairs in the listing details. Please examine all photographs, review dimensions, and read product descriptions carefully prior to making a purchase.

Undisclosed Damage or Discrepancies
While we take great care in listing each piece, if you receive an item with significant damage that was not noted in the original listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
